User Roles and Permissions

Voru has four user roles. Your role determines what you can see and do across the platform.

The Four Roles

Agent

The standard role for all sales agents on your team. Agents can log their own daily lead gen activity, manage their personal pipeline, view their goals and scorecard, and see the team leaderboard. They cannot view team financials, manage other agents, or access admin settings.

Team Leader

Has full access to all team data and settings. Team leaders can view and manage every agent’s pipeline and activity, set annual goals, run contests, access financial reporting, manage the team roster, create custom metrics, and configure offices.

Office Admin

Similar to Team Leader but scoped to a single office location. Office admins can manage agents assigned to their office, view office-level reports and leaderboards, and configure office settings. They cannot access other offices’ data.

Franchise Admin

The highest level of access. Franchise admins can view and manage all agents and offices across the entire franchise. This role is designed for franchise owners or regional leaders who oversee multiple office locations.
