Custom Metrics
Custom Metrics let team leaders define up to 5 additional lead generation fields that agents log alongside the standard daily activity fields.Who Can Manage Custom Metrics
Only team leaders and admins can create, edit, or delete custom metrics.Setting Up Custom Metrics
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Custom Metrics tab
- Click Add Custom Metric
- Enter a name for the metric
- Save
