Trends

The Trends page gives you interactive charts to analyze your team’s performance patterns over time. Use it to spot growth, identify slow periods, and make data-driven decisions about where to focus.

Three Views

Production

Shows your team’s closed production month by month:
  • Bar chart — Units closed and GCI side by side for each month
  • Line chart — Total sales volume as a trend line over the year

Financials

Overlays three financial metrics on a single bar chart:
  • GCI — Gross commission income earned
  • Expenses — Operating costs for the month
  • Net Profit — What remains after expenses

Lead Gen

Shows lead generation activity as trend lines over time:
  • Contacts — Total prospecting contacts made each month
  • Listing Appts — Listing consultations held
  • Buyer Appts — Buyer consultations held
Compare this chart against your Production chart. You should see lead gen activity reflected in closings roughly 30 to 90 days later.

Filtering by Agent

Team leaders can view trends for the entire team or drill down to a single agent.
  • Use the Production chart to identify your historically slow months and plan campaigns to offset the dip
  • Use the Financials chart to confirm that revenue growth outpaces expense growth
  • Use the Lead Gen chart to hold agents accountable. Consistent inputs produce consistent outputs
