Pipeline Overview
The Pipeline is where every transaction lives from the moment it opens until it closes. It gives team leaders and agents a clear picture of what is in progress, what is coming up, and what needs attention.The Pipeline Funnel
At the top of the Pipeline page is the Pipeline Funnel — a visual breakdown of how many transactions sit at each stage. Use it to quickly assess where your team’s energy is concentrated and where deals may be stalling.Transaction List
Below the funnel, every transaction is listed with key details:- Property address
- Client name
- Transaction type (Listing or Buyer)
- Current status
- Key dates (list date, expiry, close date)
- Price and GCI
- Lead source
- Days on market (DOM) and days to close
Filtering and Searching
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the view:- Status — Show only transactions in a specific stage
- Type — Filter by Listing or Buyer
- Agent — Team leaders can filter by agent (or view all)
- Office — Franchise and office admins can filter by office
