Team Management

Team leaders and office admins manage their roster from the Settings page.

Inviting an Agent

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select the Team tab
  3. Click Invite Agent
  4. Enter the agent’s email address
  5. Assign their role
  6. Send the invitation
The agent receives an email with a link to join Voru and set up their account.

Bulk Importing Agents

Use the Bulk Import option to add multiple agents at once. Prepare a list of agent names and email addresses and upload them in one step.

Editing an Agent’s Role

Click the edit icon next to any agent in the team list to change their role. Role changes take effect immediately. See User Roles and Permissions for a full breakdown of what each role can access.

Removing an Agent

Click the remove option next to their name. Removing an agent:
  • Removes their access to the team’s Voru account
  • Preserves their historical data in your reports and pipeline
  • Does not delete any transactions or lead gen entries they logged

Franchise View

Franchise admins can view agents across all offices from the Franchise View in the sidebar.
