Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar and select the Profile tab.

RoleYour current role (view only — roles are managed by your team leader)
Annual GCI GoalYour personal GCI target for the year
Team NameThe name of your team (editable by team leaders only)

Setting Your Annual GCI Goal

Your annual GCI goal is used in the Business Plan, Sold Board pace calculation, and Goals page progress charts. If your team leader has already set a goal for you, it may already be populated here.

Changing Your Password

Password management is handled through the authentication system. Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset.

What Agents Can and Cannot Edit

Agents can edit their own name and GCI goal. Role assignments, team name, and team-wide settings are managed by team leaders and admins.
