How do I invite agents to my team?
Go to Settings, select the Team tab, and click Invite Agent. Enter the agent’s email address and assign their role. They will receive an email with instructions to join.Can an agent be on more than one team?
Each agent account is associated with one team at a time. If you need to move an agent between teams, contact your Voru administrator.What is the difference between an Office Admin and a Team Leader?
Both roles have elevated access to team data. A Team Leader manages agents on their specific team. An Office Admin manages all agents assigned to a specific office location. See User Roles and Permissions for a full comparison.
Why is my GCI not showing on the Dashboard?
GCI only appears from transactions with a status of Closed. Make sure the transaction status has been updated to Closed and that a GCI value has been entered on the transaction.Can I track both listings and buyer deals?
Yes. Each transaction has a Type field set to either Listing or Buyer. Both count toward GCI, Units, and all production metrics when closed.What happens to a cancelled deal’s data?
Transactions marked x-Cancelled or y-Sale Failed are preserved in your records but excluded from production metrics. They will not appear in your Leaderboard, Goals, or Sold Board totals.
Can I log activity for a past date?
Yes. When logging daily activity, use the date selector to choose the date you are logging for. You can enter activity for any prior date.What are custom metrics and how do I set them up?
Custom metrics are additional lead gen fields your team leader can create. See Custom Metrics for setup instructions. Only team leaders and admins can create them.Why is my lead gen data not appearing on the Scorecard?
Scorecards pull from daily lead gen entries. Make sure you are logging activity through the Daily Lead Gen page. If entries are logged correctly and still not showing, contact your team leader to verify your account is properly linked to the team.
Who sets my annual goals?
Goals are set by your team leader. You can view your goals on the Goals page but cannot edit them yourself.Why does my pace show I am behind even though it feels like I am on track?
Voru uses a seasonality model for pace calculations that weights certain months based on typical real estate market patterns. Review the full year projection to get the big picture.
Can agents see the team’s financial data?
No. Financial data is only visible to team leaders, office admins, and franchise admins.How do I record a team expense?
Go to Financials, click Add Entry, and fill in the category, description, date, actual amount, and budget amount.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. A reset email will be sent to your registered email address.How do I change my role?
Role changes must be made by a team leader or admin. Contact your team leader to request a role update.
