Setting Annual Goals

Annual goals give agents and team leaders a benchmark to measure performance against throughout the year. Once goals are set, Voru tracks pace automatically and shows you who is on track and who may need support.

Who Sets Goals

Team leaders and office admins set goals for each agent on their team. Agents can view their own goals but cannot modify them.

How Pace Is Calculated

Voru uses a seasonality model to calculate expected pace. Rather than dividing the annual goal evenly by 12, it weights months based on typical real estate market patterns. This means your expected YTD number reflects real market conditions rather than a flat monthly expectation.

Goal Progress Indicators

Goal cards show a radial progress chart for each metric:
  • Blue — On track or ahead of pace
  • Gray — Close to pace (within a reasonable range)
  • Red — Behind pace and may need attention
