Lead Gen Tracker

The Daily Lead Gen Tracker is where agents log their prospecting activity each day. Consistent daily entries give team leaders a real-time view of team effort, and give agents a clear record of their own hustle.

Logging Daily Activity

To log your activity for the day, click Log Lead Gen from the Dashboard or navigate to Daily Lead Gen in the sidebar. Select the date (today is selected by default) and fill in what applies.

Custom Team Metrics

Your team leader may have set up custom activity fields specific to your team (up to 5). These appear below the standard fields. Enter any values that apply.

Viewing Your Activity History

Switch between two views using the toggle at the top of the page:
  • Daily Entries — A list of each logged day with all activity details
  • Monthly Breakdown — Totals for each metric grouped by month

Activity Heatmap

The heatmap at the top of the page shows which days you logged activity over the past year. Darker squares mean more activity. Use it to spot gaps in your consistency.

Team Leader View

Team leaders see all agents’ activity and can filter by individual agent or by office. This makes it easy to see who is putting in the work and who might need a check-in.

Tips for Accurate Logging

  • Log activity the same day it happens while it is fresh
  • Even small numbers matter. A day with 5 dials is better than a blank day
  • Consistent logging gives your leaderboard, scorecards, and goals accurate data to work from
