# Whiteboard

The Whiteboard is a shared digital space where your team can post notes, announcements, reminders, and ideas. It keeps the team aligned and informed without needing a separate messaging app.

## What the Whiteboard Is For

* Open house announcements
* Price reduction alerts
* Upcoming deadlines or team meetings
* Motivational messages or team wins
* Notes from leadership to the team
* Quick reminders that do not need a full email

## Adding a Post

Click **Add Post** on the Whiteboard page, type your message, and post it.

## Who Can Post

Posting permissions depend on your team's configuration. Team leaders typically control what appears on the Whiteboard.

## Viewing the Whiteboard

Accessible from the sidebar under **Whiteboard**. Posts appear in chronological order with the most recent at the top.

## Best Practices

* Keep posts brief and actionable
* Use the Whiteboard for team-wide information, not individual conversations
* Remove outdated posts so the board stays current
* Encourage agents to check the Whiteboard at the start of each day
