# Pipeline Overview

> See every active deal on your team, track progress, and spot what needs attention.

# Pipeline Overview

The Pipeline is where every transaction lives from the moment it opens until it closes. It gives team leaders and agents a clear picture of what is in progress, what is coming up, and what needs attention.

## The Pipeline Funnel

At the top of the Pipeline page is the **Pipeline Funnel** -- a visual breakdown of how many transactions sit at each stage. Use it to quickly assess where your team's energy is concentrated and where deals may be stalling.

## Transaction List

Below the funnel, every transaction is listed with key details:

* Property address
* Client name
* Transaction type (Listing or Buyer)
* Current status
* Key dates (list date, expiry, close date)
* Price and GCI
* Lead source
* Days on market (DOM) and days to close

## Filtering and Searching

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the view:

* **Status** -- Show only transactions in a specific stage
* **Type** -- Filter by Listing or Buyer
* **Agent** -- Team leaders can filter by agent (or view all)
* **Office** -- Franchise and office admins can filter by office

Use the search bar to find a transaction by address or client name.

## Adding a Transaction

Click **Add Transaction** to open the entry form. See [Adding and Editing Transactions](/pipeline/adding-transactions) for a full walkthrough.

## Upcoming Closings

The Dashboard surfaces your **Upcoming Closings** -- any Pending transactions with a close date in the next 30 days. Deals closing within 7 days are highlighted in red.

## Importing Transactions

If you have existing transactions to load into Voru, use the **Import** feature. See [Importing Transactions](/pipeline/importing) for instructions.
