# Sold Board

> Celebrate closed deals and track your team's production pace against the annual goal.

# Sold Board

The Sold Board is a visual celebration of your team's closed production for the year. It shows every closed transaction as a card and gives you a real-time view of pace versus your annual goal.

## Year-to-Date Summary

| Stat | What It Shows |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Units Sold** | Total closed transactions this year |
| **GCI** | Total gross commission income from closed deals |
| **Volume** | Total dollar value of all closed transactions |
| **Pace vs Goal** | Whether you are ahead of or behind your annual production goal |

## Pace Calculation

Pace is calculated using a seasonality model that mirrors typical real estate market patterns. Rather than comparing your YTD numbers to a flat monthly average, Voru weights each month based on how production typically flows across the year.

## Progress Bar

A progress bar below the summary stats shows what percentage of your annual GCI goal has been achieved.

## Closed Transaction Cards

Each closed transaction is displayed as a card with transaction number, property address, client name, GCI amount, and close date. Cards are ordered by close date so you can see your most recent closings at a glance.

## Using the Sold Board in Team Culture

The Sold Board is designed to be visible and celebratory. Highlighting closed deals publicly reinforces momentum, motivates the team, and creates healthy competition to add the next card to the board.
