# Leaderboard

> See who is leading in production, contacts, and appointments across any time period.

# Leaderboard

The Leaderboard ranks every agent on your team across key production and activity metrics. It is a motivational tool and a quick diagnostic for where the team stands.

## Leaderboard Metrics

| Metric                 | What It Measures                                    |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **GCI**                | Gross commission income from closed transactions    |
| **Units**              | Number of closed transactions                       |
| **Contacts**           | Total prospecting contacts from daily lead gen logs |
| **Listing Appts Held** | Listing consultations that took place               |
| **Buyer Appts Held**   | Buyer consultations that took place                 |
| **Written Offers**     | Offers submitted                                    |

## Time Frames

* **This Month** -- Current calendar month only
* **YTD** -- January 1 through today
* **This Year** -- Full calendar year

## Podium Display

The top 3 agents are shown on a podium at the top of the page. First place is in the center and slightly elevated. Great for sharing on a team monitor or in team meetings.

## Full Rankings Table

Below the podium, every agent is listed in ranked order with their numbers for the selected metric.

## Office Filter

Office admins and franchise admins can filter the Leaderboard by office.

## Mini Leaderboard on the Dashboard

The Dashboard always shows a mini Leaderboard with the top 5 agents by GCI. Click through to the full Leaderboard for more detail.
