# Dashboard Overview

> Your daily command center showing pipeline health, key metrics, upcoming closings, and team standings.

# Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to Voru. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your team's performance without having to dig through individual pages.

## Pipeline Overview Tiles

The six tiles across the top show how many transactions are in each pipeline stage:

| Tile                | What It Shows                                |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Pre-Signed**      | Deals being worked toward a signed agreement |
| **Active Listings** | Listings currently on the market             |
| **Active Buyers**   | Buyers actively searching                    |
| **Pending**         | Deals under contract heading toward closing  |
| **Closed (MTD)**    | Transactions closed this calendar month      |
| **Closed (YTD)**    | Total transactions closed this year          |

Click any tile to jump to the Pipeline page filtered to that status.

## KPI Cards

Three KPI cards sit below the pipeline tiles, each with a sparkline chart showing the trend over recent months:

* **YTD GCI** -- Total gross commission income from all closed transactions this year
* **Pending GCI** -- Expected commission from all transactions currently in Pending status
* **YTD Contacts** -- Total prospecting contacts logged by the team this year

## Upcoming Closings

The Upcoming Closings section shows every Pending transaction with a close date in the next 30 days. Deals closing within 7 days are highlighted in red as a reminder to stay on top of them.

This section is especially useful for anticipating cash flow and making sure nothing slips through at the finish line.

## Mini Team Leaderboard

The bottom of the Dashboard shows the top 5 agents ranked by GCI for the current period. Click through to the full Leaderboard for complete rankings and additional metrics.

## Log Lead Gen Button

A quick-access button on the Dashboard lets you log today's lead gen activity without navigating to the Daily Lead Gen page. Use it to build the daily logging habit right from your home screen.

## Team Leader View vs. Agent View

Team leaders see data for all agents on their team. Agents see their own numbers plus the team leaderboard. The pipeline tiles, KPI cards, and upcoming closings all reflect the appropriate scope based on your role.
